Beom Jun, OH+ & Tong Wu
23 April - 29 April 2025

Gallery M Platform is pleased to present the spring exhibition 'Silent Echoes in Paradise'. The featured artists are Beom Jun, OH+ and Tong Wu, curated by Mari Kim.
Gallery M Platform is a London-based gallery that represents emerging and established contemporary Asian artists. By collaborating with the artists’ different mediums and disciplines, Gallery M Platform has provided global opportunities for the artists through fairs, seasonal projects, and overseas exposure.
Beom Jun is a South Korean artist based in Jeon-Ju City. His body of work encompasses a unique blend of abstract and figurative paintings characterised by dreamlike scenes and landscapes layered in a seemingly endless style. These artworks invite viewers on a contemplative journey amidst deeply layered mountains and alternative spaces transcending time, space, and history. Through his art, he encourages viewers to better understand the interconnection of existence, the ever-changing nature of life's narratives, and the mysterious motion between finite and infinite spaces.
OH+ is a Thai artist based in Munich, London, and Bangkok. Her art practice began at an early age, being influenced by the vibrant colours of Thailand's natural world and tropical weather. Her use of vivid and fresh colours as well as delicate details such as in her tropical flowers and leaves, alludes to the visual niceties and trappings of social media and its popular appeal. More than anything it emphasises her passion for art practice, so self-evident in her rich visual offerings.
Tong Wu is inspired by his early life in a Chinese collective, and he intertwines naturalistic elements with vibrant colour and figures, juxtaposing sweetness and danger, utopia and dystopia, fantasy and reality. Wu's paintings often depict dreamy gardens alongside disaster and horror, embodying the subconscious influence of contemporary society's concepts of narcissism, materialism and social media.
